The policy in qr concerning the upgrade is not acceptable ,its actually becoming ridiculus if you conpare it with emirates or ethiad;

Yes but the Airline upgrading after 10 to 14 years are not taking direct entry captain and only upgrade there own people , do not compare this please ,this is a vrong jugment ,the airline you are...

the problem of joining qr as FO ,is that the Airline will not take into consideration your previous jet experience for upgrade ;if you accept a ground instructor job ,you have 3 months per year less...
