QF Load Control

I've got a interview on Monday for Qantas Load control.
Going in with an open mind, Not really sure what to expect?
Do people generally enjoy load control at QF ?

If all security screening is being carried out on everyone properly - than it shouldn't matter what the passengers name is - hence no need for ID check.

From what I've heard, although they are great aircraft to fly on, they still are having some reliability issues.
