I think you will find the night operation provision is there to cover ‘exceptions’ such as delayas and one of flights such as air ambulance etc rather than a ‘scheduled’ use.

Yes Peach Air 737's operated on Palmair charters out of Bournemouth for a season or two (as did Amber Air). A Peach Air TriStar also visited at least once briefly on a crew training / check sortie....
