Plans / blueprints were never available for the XTC. They were sold as a kit consisting of premoulded components for the hull and mainly raw materials for the remainder of the aircraft.

I think most airlines would look favorably at say, 100hours turbine as evidence that you have gained the technical knowledge and experience on how to operate such an engine, but any more than that...
