the other reason for using gloucester was the fares, whilst city wing are not cheap, they were (then) substantially cheaper than flybe from brs.

i used to fly this route weekly for several years. i found flying from gloucester was the best option, smaller airport, free parking ( if i remember correctly) a lot less hassle all round....

enjoyed all my flights, short flights but always better than the alternative a 4 hour bumpy sea crossing
