What you have to remember Mach is that Flybe currently have over 800 applications for positions as pilots. Nobody can be expected to remember that many names so they ask for a photo to help them...

by the way guys, it might interest you to know that of the 800 initial applicants, only 32 got called to stage 3, so even if you don't reach stage 4 you've still done very well!

last I heard there were 800 (ish) applications. As there are two start dates I would guess that there will be two courses of 6 so say 12 places in total. Good Luck.
