High paid pilots wont make them any better than lower paid pilots, and because the salary in any airline is low, doesnt necessary mean that its a crap company, there are many other factors to count...

If you are not bonded then you can max receive about 3000 as JFO. SFO 3500 to 5000 depends on marriage etc.. Lowest as JFO I've seen, as bonded, is 1800 euros but average 2500e.
