FR used to take direct entry FO as I and many friends joined at that point. Dec used to get pref for base up to 3 years ago so supply and demand will dictate. Some of you guys on here are crazy...

Fo or Capt does that matter?

So the FO have to do more flights than the Capt on the long haul a/c due to the difference of logbook hours ? Does this mean an extra trip per month? Anyone had more recent experience ie this year?
