FAA Medical expiry

Can anybody tell me how long a third class FAA medical cert lasts for? I cant see an expiry date on it anywhere...... or do I need my eyes tested again?!

Well I flew with Skytrace on Monday. Great flight , great aircraft, great instructor, nice atmosphere about the place.
Compared to the s**t boxes I flew in the states I felt very safe in their PA28...

Electronic flight computers in nav exam

Can anybody tell me if electronic flight computers are allowed in the JAA navigation exam? or are we still restricted to the whizz wheel?
I know you can use it in the FAA.
