I got rejected because my pre-LASIK astig was above 200 degs. Apparently, they still look at pre-op eye condition.

The "Flt Ops (Cadet Pilot) (Singapore)" position is listed at the SQ site as a job vacancy. Is it the same as "Cadet Pilot (Singapore)", but just under different name?
