Incidentally - your pay rates are incorrect, unless they've changed recently CTC is £43 an hour then circa £50 after you hit 1500 factored easyjet hours.

Drugo - I'd say CTC mildly win here, mainly due to the way in which some Parc guys have essentially been sacked in the UK and in the same breath re hired onto a worse contract in Berlin.

It makes no mention on CTC's website but this a 3 year flexi crew contract. Don't think this is anything else, or that 3 year contract will magically lead to a permanent contract.
