I think an old CAO may have required a 100% pass in "W & B" and we have inherited this generic requirement, not so hard with todays user friendly trim sheets.

As I understand it, all Type Endorsement "Groundschools" and Flight Programs for over 5700kg require the Syllabus approved by the Regulator. The Syllabus may have "open book" portions in the Systems...

How about A$72000 p.a. plus shift allowances (up to an additional A$20000 p.a.) or A$400 -A$500 per day as a Contractor, no allowances/perks.
