DGCA does not allow people to fly without all...

DGCA does not allow people to fly without all their ratings, however people obtain their ratings without even taking the test so its almost the same thing.

I am going to be taking the UK RT license in the US and going to India to convert it. I am a CFI/II instructor in the US, and I was wondering if anybody could tell me what is on the UK RT written...
