Hi there,
Jeppesen offers refresher courses for dispatchers.
can be 2 or 3 days course depending the subjects you as the customer wants to cover.

Jeppesen dispatch course and refresher course does manual training on weight and balance.

Lido vs Jeppesen

first of all it depends on the size of your airline.
secondly the costs involved
thirdly the staffing.

Lido is a highly automated system which is worth if you have a fleet of 25 or more...

you can do the Jeppesen dispatch course in Europe, and then you go 10 days to the ?USA for the oral exam.

jeppesen course

I can recommend the Jeppesen course, and maybe moneywise you may be better of doing the course in dubai., since jeppesen has lots of classes going on in dubai at the emirates aviation college.

There are not much vacancies in europe.
Germany, yes, some new compny in Hannover.
But be advised that in europe licenced dispatchers is not mandatory.
