What is the process of contacting the applicants...

What is the process of contacting the applicants after the 3 days of interview. Some candidates take longer than others to be contacted, doe's a referee check indicate a possible employment offer ?

Also, deselecting speed removes gust protection but still provides Alpha Floor protection.

If you have diverted to a destination with the LED's deployed only ( 230 KIAS max ) :
1. Can you climb above 20000'
2. Any SGR numbers around for LED's extended at FL's ?
