So the Lame on Lvl 9 who is not in line for training gets no benefit as he/she has no service/training points to progress but everyone gets a step up ?
But of course the upper level 13 Lames ...

JHAS Training

Heard today that JHAS lames in Mel have been advised of the training dates and location for EASA b1 conversion training ,the A380 type training as well as PCT . QF slow as usual !

Temp Repair

EBX at John Holland for a temp repair to allow the aircraft to fly unpressurised to AVV for a pernament repair . Damage is a little more than skin deep !

Yes your correct different pattern but MIT would have kept their shift and Mel would have been one united force (larger in numbers ) instead of the situation you have have now where MDT don't feel...

Just a little reminder, the one choice that MIT had that PER didn't was to stay on the 9.5 hr shift and be aligned with a domestic crew forming a base and tarmac work force.

They had their chance !

One thing you forgot to mention about the MIT Lames is that they had the chance to continue on the same roster but they voted to be tough guys and hoped the merger would go away !:rolleyes:
