In the 280 we routinely average 17 Minutes to FL430 with 8 Pax and 65% to 70% Fuel Load, BOW is mid to high, ISA moves around -2 to +2 most times.

Also a non-PL21 was flying EMS but had a very unfortunate accident killing everyone onboard some 4 years ago.

Keep an eye on the LAN Schedule SCL-IPC-SCL and SCL-IPC-PPT-IPC-SCL as is very likely that you won't get approval to land/depart 1 hour before/after departure due to SCIP being and isolated airport....
