If I remember right my lot pay about £6.76+shift...

If I remember right my lot pay about £6.76+shift allowance as a load controller IIRC - think it works out around £1170/mth after tax, but I don't normally look unless it's less than I should be due :}

Simple - gotta check the blades in good, undamaged condition, much like on any prop aircraft. Damaged blades = potential catastrophic component failure.
