In FWA arbitration is there any "no disadvantage" safeguard? i.e. is it possible for the outcome to be worse from the associations POV than the current/most recently expired agreement?

Stress and safety

If it was unsafe / too stressful to take off two days before an impending lockout, what about landing flights that were in the air when the grounding was announced? Were those on board at that time...
