Stage 1 is the initial form on the Flight Training Europe web site
Stage 2 is the questions they send you back to answer in 2 days

If you have already done that and succeeded then you are through...

I too passed Stage two! Very happy when i got back home where an email was waiting for me!!

I got contacted the next day offering me a place for stage 3 for the 9th April....

Yer, stage 2 is exactly the same as the OAA assessment for the APP First Officer Programme but without the simulator check.

All the info is on the Oxford website.
