Hi guys! Which is the reason for heaving the target N1 set by 60 knots? Why not by 50 or by 70 knots?

Yes,you are right,I m B737 300/900 rated with more than 3000 on type and I will not accept a bond for A320 type rating.That s why I know my base should have been UK.I m stuck with my company...
