No one is gonna let you fly there as you need to validate or convert your licence to fly a local registered a/c. I don't assume to find any with JAR country registrations which your licence is good...

This is almost the same number (+/- 1) which Lufthansa communicates internally for engine failures of their A32s fleet last year. And this fleet consists of about 110 a/c!

Afaik, from SEp to MEP in JAR countries is only 5 h. Plus 5 h if MEP IR.
