Per diems are not tax free. This depends on where you fly/stay. Some of it is tax free, about 30% if you stay in a company flat away from base.

Expect to work out of your base, and pay your own...

Jimmy, I have no idea what your tax would be, but the pre tax salary is NOK 285.000.:ooh:

Most of the time the company is OK. 12-9 Schedule.
