Hi,

you will never get a roster in private flying as its secruity for the pax. You will get a fixed basic and flying pay.. Good luck with interview, much better to go private.

I joined EK in 1996, at 19 years old, it was a very good airline then, im glad i went for 5 years. Now i dont know how they are.
