If you're concerned about LH, don't worry too much. Thomas Cook are one of the few airlines out there that operate East Coast Canada during the summer on the 752 Etops, and Banjul during the winter....

As a former 'All business class' employee, we used to dim the cabin lights for take off... After take off, as part of the post take off PA I used to say "The cabin lights will now remain switched off...
