My Fly Out day is 22 Dec and my medicals were approved last Friday, about 1 week and a half after I lodged them.
Im pretty sure you will hear back from them by the end of this week....

I totally agree with Cirrus17, everybody needs to calm down in regards to references! It certainly helps to be prepared but I also believe in taking things one step at a time....worry about achieving...
