I had the pleasure of working with Maj Hammond, Spence, Sam Hannant, and Dan Baxter when they were all on 18(B).. This kinda thing doesnt suprise me... The Chinook guys are some of the hardest...

To be honest... I thought majority of places made the MATZ 'sterile' for +/-15 of the ETA/D? And then once the AC is airborne, its Ops Normal?Maybe im wrong.

Between the 4 Ops officers, we do 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off.. Obviously 12 hours shifts... Allows for plenty of overtime.. Normally tend to average atleast 2-3 days a month if your willing
