Anybody have any idea on what SilkAir considers...

Anybody have any idea on what SilkAir considers competitive for an FO position? I don't meet their minimun requirements yet but just wondering how much they really want to see as flight experience.

I sent my apps to Jade and got a reply that I didn't meet the quals they want. I felt disappointed but what can I do but just build more time and try again later. It doesn't cost anything to try...so...
