My guess is that the best deals should be around USD12000/month including per diems, tax free and all expenses paid for. Locations are usually hellholes like Nigeria or the Middle East with type...

You guess it, we got it but it's not good. Actually, Abidjan is very much safer than Lagos, Port Harcourt, etc from what I've heard. It 's quite safe around town and even at night (certain places)....
