I have seen a question for the ATPL exams that says the exams are extended for a year with the issuance of a Flight Instructor Rating. That gives you four years.

Not really bothered if tax office find it funny as have decided to stick too figures up to good old blighty and take my hard earned to Australia rather than waiting for HM Taxes to get back to me....
