My personal advice as I used to work for them, is don't touch them with a barge pole, or any Austrian operation. poor pay and bad working conditions. Austria is seen as a flag / AOC of convenience....

you could try airdata based in the uk not too expensive, and web based, and you don't need to be an expert!! I use them for the 6 aircraft that I support.
