The cuts haven't reached the Herc Force yet then !

Crabs are flying into Bardufoss on Fri to pick us up in a Herc. Crew of 10!!!!!. Accom offered here but they have already booked into the Bardufoss hotel. Will cost over 2 grand for the night. I hate...

re The Jetstreams

They are stored in a hangar at RAF Cranwell..... Just for your info they weren't paid off by the Navy ! You have to look at a lighter shade of blue for the answer ! :ugh:

I was a PO(RP1) on the Interservice Hovercraft Unit which became the RNNHTU - I was a Hovercraft Navigator & also the Hovercraft Navigators Training Officer, the course was run by the Navigation...

It must be crucial to have all that Nav Gear at 250' MSD :hmm:

I think you'll find that the two aircraft were doing simultaneous approaches to the carrier in foggy conditions, I'm sure it happened early morning too.......
