The LH crew don't just do LH flying they do mixed fleet flying, they are current on 320/1/330 no need for retraining.

I have +4300hrs total time currently rated on 320 with approx 3600hrs of time on 757/767.

It did seem bad planning to have just taken on 75/76 rated guys to operate when it is not even in the fleet yet.
What happens to them now and does this mean Jet2 will be over crewed...
