Have you called them and asked? Have you also tried preparing for your audiogram - i.e. getting your ears syringed first, breathing in some steam for a while to open up the tubes - might help with...

Hi - I use a nasal spray - Flixonase. CAA approved and works really well. You need to begin using it really early in the season and use it right through the summer to get relief. It takes a long time...
