The pay cut for expats has been implemented already.Local pilots got full pay for august, but it came in very late i.e 6th september.The reduced pay for locals will start from this months salary.

I suspect the fire might have been due to anti-skid failure or over heated breaks, rather than windshear as reported by NCAA boss...
