Good experiences with Pt21 design companies in UK?

Having done quite a lot of banging my head against brick walls recently, has anyone had any good experiences dealing with any UK based Part 21 Design Organisation of late?

It's not just Turbomeca engines, P&WC and R-R have their own preservation requirements too, and not too dissimilar if I remember right. Piston engines are also included, Lycoming have MM requirements...

I don't think you'll get an extension to the TBO by hours, but Turbomeca seem quite receptive to a 2 or even 4 year extension to the 15 year overhaul life.

I think the first 120's were produced in 1999 (may heve been '98), so 2011 is the first year any will be due a 12 year, so my guess is that there is very little experience of 12yr insp's out there.
