Before first 9 ships are flown RAFAT usually utilitise 6 slots per day. Once they’re into 9 ships drops to 3 slots. Moving to another active airfield is a folly that’s failed before.

If it’s my sector I usually ask captain to do the welcome on board PA so I can concentrate on ATC clearance, push back procedures, radio etc. After that I do all the PAs associated with the sector.
