Terry sadly died in hospital on Saturday 13th May. The funeral will be held on 23rd May at Marelybone Crematorium, Finchley. 12:15.

As far as I understand it, you can't work with a FAA ticket granted on the back of a foreign ticket outside of the USA. Also I forgot, he will need a FCC permit also.
