I believe Captain's on the Excel get 55K basic. Sovereign is around 70k. They seem to go through a lot of people or at least have done recently. Not sure what the industry standard is for these types...

Flybe have dabbled with BRU in the past but not from BHD and what they did didn't last long. Sabena used to run a daily service from BFS. I'm sure there's a good reason why SNBA don't.
