B737 is 6 days on (layovers) 1 day off. Spoke to a guy working there. All 737 guys hate it. The 757 is better, return to base basically every time and working about 12 days out of 20 if I remember...

Got some info from a contact working there. 737 guys fly out monday back saturday, positioning flights at start and end of duty. Work pattern changes a lot from early/late /night. 757 fly mostly...

with the 5/3 roster you get less pay, and almost no bonuses. Normally the 5/3 roster is offered after 18 months on a 6/2 roster.
Also you need to do about 130-135hrs in the 5/3 roster to not loose...

You have to be on contract for 2 years, after that you´ll be offered a core contract at your base, only as a F/O. Don´t know how long the waiting is for scandinavian bases atm.
