You'd think CTC would have reduced the numbers per course to help keep the hold pool at a managable size. They're just stitching up those already swimming, who one day hope to get a full time...

i agree, being in the hold pool must be extremely tough. but then again, i've got mates who've gone modular, cant even get a sniff of a job and have plenty of debts themselves. in these tough times...
