Cargolux doesn't have SO's or cruise pilots. Everyone is being hired as FO (junior). Depending how you agree within the crew, you’ll be flying FO or operate as a relief pilot on that very sector....

The year consists of 13 rosters of 28 days. Pilots can bid for one roster off, two rosters off etc up to 50% part time. Goes with seniority or special needs.
