The lie detector is a requirement from the USA to allow COPA pilots that are not american citizens to fly into the USA.
So if you are an american citizen you do not have to take it.

I attended the road shows and asked the HR people about the weight restriction as of one month ago you need to have time over 30 tons.
even if you have more than 4000 TT and more than 2000 hours...

Unfortunately the 4000/2000 has a weight restriction as well so if u dont have any time over 30 tons u may have 15000 TT you still wont meet their requirements, I am hoping this restriction goes down...

Yes I know it is confusing, but it is 4000 TT with 2000 TT jet time OR 2500 TT in a jet over 30 tons regardless of your TT.
So you do meet the requirement.

If you said they are guys that flew the crj200 in class now they must have interviewed a few months ago when the limit...

I have more than 4000 hours of which 3800 is in a jet below 55 tons.
and was told a week ago that I did not meet the current mins by their HR.

I was told it was still a hard limitation but that they would probably have to soon get rid of it to find enough candidate....
