+ 100 Airbus crews, poached , but Etihad will pay their rent so they dont have to move from Dubai , they will have to drive an hour to work though, or half an hour at 200/kph.

There is many 3 year guys without a date and a lot of guys meeting the DEC or Accelerated requirement who may go to the 777 but only as F/Os with a promise of a command 1 year...

I think Tartan boy has lost the plot , there is many other packages around that would kill Emirates. Take CX for example, at least they do transition upgrades and pay is 50-70% more.

As an S/O you will earn the same as an Emirates Captain.
2 years later you will earn 50-75% more or get bypass pay.
10 years later you will be on 3 times the pay.

Danger Next Years Pay Rise

A leak from above says next year all pilots shall go onto the 7 year payscale and if they have completed 7 years with the company 10 year pay scale.
There will be no O/time payments and yearly hours...
