Looking at the VFR minima for class G airspace it would seem that the "in sight of the ground" condition is only applicable if you are at or below 3000ft?

Hi, say that you have class D airspace above you starting at say 3000' and extending to 4500'. Class D airspace is "Clearance Required = yes"...

Is Ventolin allowed by the medical people or not allowed. Im not currently perscribed it but this would solve my problems - if its allowed by the CAA.
