Medical class 2

Next week I am going to take medical class 2 for ppl , is it really hard to pass that one? I work with computers for many years should I be worry about eye exam? or anything else?

Thanks to all replies, I think I will stick with them for now, they got better lately.
In terms of medical classes is it better to go straight and try to get class 1 or just do class 2 first ?
