well, most of the crew have been recruited here under different management. Recently they have gone through 2 dfo's. I understand 2 md80 chief pilots since beginning that operation in august/sept...

Md80 fleet has been through 2 DFO's and 2 chief pilots in last few months alone, that should tell you...
