School leavers

Leave school, get a job and save for your license. Commence your aviation career debt free with no worries, no locked in contracts etc. Sounds hard but I can assure you it is the best way.

Quite right, the T & C's are not worth the hassle. I would love to work for a regional such as REX but I am one of those persons who cannot do a job if I dont feel that I am being correctly...

Check the APAF website for the RFDS SE Section...

Check the APAF website for the RFDS SE Section pilot agreement. They are always recruiting. Conditions and machines are OK but the pay.........I'll let you be the judge and jury.
