Do any of you out there still help other flight crew or try to give give them any preferential treatment ahead of the hoards of arbitrary staff travel pax ?. I always will and hoped the same might...

Does anyone have any ideas where I might find a direct entry command on something over 25t , my airline keeps bypassing us with more and more direct entry captains .

I have 7000 hrs total with...

Ringding,
reqs will eventually change to 744 rating for now no type .That said 742 P1 and current would help.
I should say at least 5000hrs with some heavy time thrown in,good hand flying skills...
