Initially I'd say about 3 weeks so they don't forget you. After that I'd make contact about every 4-6 weeks so as not to be viewed as a pest

Try these. Had them deliver shirts to an airport hotel before. Usual cheap high in polyester shirts but good enough if needed in a hurry.
